Something more than bargained for on our return home |

Nine years ago my husband and I bought some land with a small home on it. After a couple years we added on because we had started a family. Sometime passed and we decided to buy a much larger home closer to his mother. We still kept our first home and rented it out. Due to circumstances beyond our control we returned to our first home after a year. At first everything was normal and it actually felt wonderful to be home again. Nothing seemed odd or out of the way of ordinary until after the first couple of weeks. My one daughter who was 16 at the time had some friends over and were taking random pictures in the living room. They brought them into the kitchen for me to see. In three pictures there was young man, maybe no more than 30 and appeared to be smiling. It was no one that was there that night or that we knew. In the next couple weeks there started a loud knocking on the one side of the house that had a time frame and would start about 10 p.m. and last until 5 a.m. My step son would open the door and there would be nothing. One night along with the bangs there were animal noises much like when they are spooked by something. Later there started to be seen shadowy figures that also stayed in the same time frame. You could see a man walk through our kitchen refrigerator and go out the window. Also the same figure would come through where the washer and dryer was. After several months the time frame diminished and they began appearing day or night, no rhyme or reason. A woman has been seen going through my middle daughters room. This woman has also soothed and comforted my oldest daughter during a crisis in her life. One night my middle daughter awakened us screaming that a headless little girl was in her room. On many occasions I have listened at her door to her talk to what sounded like a man and whom she called \"Dude\". She seemed to have no fear to this being and when I would open the door no one was ever there. Though many nights in the hallway you could see a shadow pass through her door before conversations started. She has drawn several pictures of him. My son used to be in total fear and was hard to calm down on some nights claiming that something walked through his windows or walls and wouldn\'t leave him alone. There is also a huge black mass that at times can consume most of the room and when it walks through ceiling light fixtures it appears as if someone turned out the lights but they are still on. The mass sometimes starts out in human form and drops to a dog shape like creature. My oldest daughter now 19 first observed this one night while up late on the computer. She wasn\'t expecting anything when a dog like shadow growled and ran under the desk at her feet. The big mass has often at times tried to single her out. Talking fast and crazy late at night while she tried to sleep. She was never scared and would get mad and tell it she was sleeping. This would make it mad and it would continue on. One night my sister was over and it shook the couches we were setting on, moving nothing else in the entire house. Also, that night it kept throwing a hat she would repeatedly hang back up. This being has also been observed outside in the yard late at night. My sister recorded it saying turn out the lights. At times I have heard the same voice on my home phone while talking to someone. One of the beings seems to be mischievous and turn off and on lights and anything electrical for attention or to scare. Recently my father has passed away and I started to see and hear things from him and was associated with a blue light before or after. One night my husband was arguing with me and the door flew open and something hit him with a pillow several times. He never saw his last grandchild born and i believe it to have been him playing in her crib with her. A blue light could be seen from under her doorway. We later set up a camera in her room and caught this light on tape moving around while she giggled. One night in the hallway you could see several shadows held back by a blue light, after this I haven\'t seen or heard much. We don\'t tell people who stay overnight anything that has happened in our home, but many have said they cant sleep or something talked to them. One saw a dog go through our living room that was never there. It has just reassured me that something is here and that no matter how much I dismiss it as a dream or figment of imagination others are seeing and hearing it as well. |
