Not a long story but freaky enough, and unexplained.
One night a few years back i was sleeping in my room. I was suddenly woken up because i felt something hit my head. When i opened my eyes i saw a bear from my sisters room across the hall next to me.
I sat up and heard a man laughing in my room at the foot of my bed. It was a really husky laugh like it came from a smoker, even though my dad was at the other end of the hall and noone in the family smokes. And my dad and i were the only ones home.
I was young and terrified so i ran as fast as i could to my dads room and jumped in his king sized bed with him. As soon as i shut the door i heard loud footsteps, and many of them, like a stampede. Dads room is right next to the stairs. I heard the stampede run up the stairs and down the hall towards my room. Thank god i left. |
