This picture is very strange to me. That stop sign did not have any sort of bright lighting when I took this picture using my digital camera but when I browse it and downloaded it to my computer, there it is: a very bright light covering entirely the face of the stop sign. You will also notice circular orbs in various areas of the same picture though in lighter intensity. Aliens? Spirits? Ghosts? I have no idea. The other picture is a Google source which I downloaded for comparison more or less showing the same angle of shot on the same location.
