I don't know the exact reasons why EVPs are treated with fear and anxiety?. . Having read hundreds of postings on various web sites, I find it very difficult to understand this fear element and taboo???. . It also fails me, to understand the secular beliefs when EVPs are always present, and will record usually at will!. . Very much like having a one to one conversation at anytime....any place.. . I talk to ghosts all the time, using EVPs and fail to understand the last letter 'P' (phenomena)?. . If I set my recorder and ask questions, there will always be a spirit who will reply to me in any ten minute session every single time...... no matter at what conditions, who is there and virtually anyware I may be.. . So far, I have about 8,000 EVPS, with my worst being perhaps better that most peoples best!. . I am just sorry, but I fail to understand the failure, with others accepting these.. . People have said, that if I am so confident in what I have got, then why don't I take on the university boffins?. . The reason, is that no one will ever listen or give me the chance to prove my point.. . I have been on dozens of forums with my work, but generally get banned, because I am classed as a liar or fabricator.. . It is so sad when good research goes to waste.. . If you are too good, you become an egoistic trying to promote yourself on false info.. . Be sure, the problem is not down to the EVPs, but down to the very closed minds of society, who cannot break away from their false ideals(oh...I am preaching...oh dear). . If I go on any more, then I become engrossed in self pity and then comes the psychological aspects of my life.. . Hey...but I only want to talk EVPs.....but how do you tell people that EVPs are nothing more than discarnate entities, similar the next bloke in the street????. . You cannot....because we all they want to hear 'demonic' 'fear' and all the sensations that take away the truth.. . Woe....I have said too much (you see) so now the focus is away from EVPs, and down to a personality disorder with 'georgek'!. . Woe...stop George...halt...you are rambling and in danger of being a Troll!

No trolling allowed here George, remember that! lol jk. . Anyway, I am glad that your interested and have been investigating. 8000 collected EVPs is quite an accomplishment so let me say, congrats. I can understand your frustration with people not taking your EVPs as hard evidence. Then again, EVPs are the hardest piece of evidence to prove. I take it that the people who you reveal this evidence too don't seem to be of the faith. Even if you are alone in a room and capture an EVP, people are going to drill you on the conditions of the environment and how and when you captured it so keep in mind that you will always face scrutiny wherever you when dealing with non believers.. . Paranormal investigating isn't a science as much as people like you and me want it to be. Even though we use scientific methods and approach situations in a logical matter, we are still are going to face backlash from others. I encourage you to have faith in your research and continue to do what you love. I also encourage you to look for a local paranormal group in your area. Finding people who have the same ideals as you makes things easier and they will enjoy looking at your evidence as well.. . Might I ask where you are conducting your investigations? You seem to be in a hotspot if you are getting responses 10mins in. Sounds like an intelligent haunting from the sounds of it. What exactly are you getting in these EVPs?
