I worked at a country club for a few years and walked out one late night with my friend kate, i told her i didnt feel like i was gonna make it home that night, i was either going to get a flat tire or run out of gas, but i decided to go home anyways. I got about halfway home, took my turn onto my road and a drunk driver going about 75 mph hit me dead on, now i usually didnt wear my seatbelt cause my house wasnt too far away, but tonight for some reason i did. Before the car hit me i could hear my mother telling me \"this is gonna hurt, you will live but this is gonna hurt honey\", i could feel hands on my shoulders from behind the seat and i looked in my rear view mirror and saw my mother...my mother died 7 years ago from cancer... My car was completely wrecked but the wrck went around me and the seat that i was sitting in was the only thing not totalled in my car. My head went through the windshield, my face was all cut up and my ear was cut off from all the broken glass, i ws able to get out of my car an walk to the house that was near me, the woman opened her door and she went into panick mode, threw a wet towel in my face and called the police. When the police showed up i was sitting on the porch watching them as they looked through the wreckage trying to look for whatever was left of the driver. THe woman came out and said \"the driver is over here\" and the thing that shocked me the most was when the chief of police said \"there shouldnt have been a survivor\"...
