The cat and the door

My friend Allie had just moved to a big house in a small town somewhere in ny and I went to sleepover at her house after she moved. I got to her house late at night and was looking forward to seeing her old cat named pam. When I got to there house Allie told me that Pam had died. We went up to her room with soda and coffee so we could try to stay up all night. Of corse we fell asleep early and did not stay up but in the middle of the night u woke up to the sound of the door opining I was tired and when I sleep over at her house I always here Pam coming in in the middle of the night. I was tired and kind if forgot about her being dead so I whispered\" Pam \" the door opened even more. Than I saw the fuz on the rug moving like someone or something was steping on it. Then I kind of woke up and realized that Pam was dead. I fell back asleep and woke up early in the morning Allie was not in the room I went into the hall and her crying from the bathroom. I opened the door to find Allie crying. She said that she misses Pam but had a dreem that she came to check on us in the middle of the night. I told her about last night and we both agreed that it was Pam watching over us.
