Ok so I want to start off that I feel like I must have imagined this, but it won’t stay off my mind. Yesterday morning my cousin left, and stayed gone all night. during that time my allergies were acting up so I took a nap.. now this part is hard to explain I remember waking up and seeing her walking in the room was relieved she was finally home and went back to sleep. Then I woke up to a phone call that she was still gone and hadn’t come home. I feel like I’m crazy but it felt so real I can’t stop thinking about it.. I’ve never experienced anything like this before, and feel like I must be crazy. We’ve been like twins since birth could I have seen her? Or something that looked like her? I'm very sorry if this is n the wrong place I just really need to hear some opinions
seen someone who couldt be there

Because you had just woken up, you could've been seeing things- the probability of it being HER is highly unlikely seeing as she isn't dead. Or- perhaps you saw someone who just looked like her.

its a form of sleep apnea. you actually stop breathing and its your minds way of waking you up. google sleep apnea. there is alot of information on it. this happens more often when we are sleeping on our back. look into it and good luck. this has happened to me twice. the first time is very similar to your story. so i started researching because it is very unnerving

I have posted before that when some says that "they were asleep" or "had got woken up" I .
begin to feel that this experience is just a dream. .
.
I have experienced this myself, you feel as though you are awake and think that you are,.
I even sat up in the bed as I watch a figure standing looking out the bedroom window and .
drumming on the window ledge, but i am certain this was a dream.

Thanks for the answers, and I will look up sleep apnea my brother has it maybe I do too. Also just the strange thing was that when she came home she said her phone was dead, and she really needed me at that time. Like I said we have always had a strange connection, and I cant help but feel like I thought I saw her because of the fact that she needed me. Although that's probably just a silly theory considering sleep apnea is much more logical. So thank all of you so much c:
