I've been pulling a lot of possessions and dismissals lately, and it's really exhausting. I was wondering, what are YOUR possession and dismissal methods? Is there any way to prevent the huge physical exhaustion that takes place afterwards? .

Also, I was wondering if anybody had particular methods of communication that they prefer?

.Well......a lot I suppose...?..Your statements seem rather ambiguous to me.......Sounds pretty much like our local cat burglar hauling his latest silver and chrome plates, or the ton of lead in his ruck sack (or do I mean swag bag?) ...lol..Perhaps this may be the latest American colloqiual expressions...I don't know?..Or what you are actually saying is that you do 'channeling' and you are getting invaded by entities, that you need to decide whether they are good or bad?..That maybe the bad entities are draining your psychic energy?..hmmm....Um... what do you not understand, exactly?.

Why do you need to take an entity into your body. Ghosts.
can hear and see things quite well. Communication can be.
alot easier than attempting to let something foriegn inside of a.
hosts physical body. .
