Around 2:00am of Thursday morning, I was watching tv in my basement when all of a sudden I heard a noise coming from the bathroom. I quickly checked and found that my faucet had been turned on to full force and the bathroom was steamy, as if someone had been taking a shower for a long time. I had a bad feeling, and in shear fear and panic I ran upstairs after turning off the faucet. I was scared as crap and decided to go on facebook and ask some of my friends for advice/comfort, but when I logged on to FB, my status, which I never change, had been changed twice and had been put up only 37/47 seconds after I had signed on; my status was just a repetition of periods (i.e "...."). I freaked out some more and deleted both updates. After a while of contemplating whether or not to go down to the basement, I decided to go back. When I went back down, my iphone, which was not playing music before, was playing kid cudi "Day n' nite" with the volume on full blast (my phone is never on full volume). Also, my basement has four light switches, two for fans and two for lights, and I never turn on the fans, but the fan was turned on when I re-entered the basement. I was honestly to scared to thoroughly check the basement, so I waited till the next morning. After I woke up the next morning, I sufficiently checked my basement and found half of my shampoo and soap products placed neatly on the floor and part of the window ledge was damaged pretty badly. Additionally, the lights in my bathroom were not working (and they had been perfectly fine earlier that night before the incident), but when I checked the bulbs I felt that all 4 were loose and when I had screwed them back in the bulbs worked again. Also, in my back of my basement a flower pot and a candle were moved to the floor. I immediately called my sister to check if she moved the shampoo/flower pot, but she did not. After talking a bit, my sister suggested that I re-steam the bathroom and check for fog writing-- like when your a kid and you used to draw pictures on the windows of car while it was foggy and raining. I was with a friend and checked and my mirror had "I see" written on it, in an odd child like hand writing, and a slash swept across the mirror, as if a hand had been dragged across it. (I have not yet erased the writing on the mirror and was thinking of checking for finger prints). Additionally, the television was changed from cable to a random channel (22). . . What is the weirdest part is when I opened the bathroom, I could feel the heat of the steam and I could see it, but the faucet had not been on longer than a minute. Nothing since has happened, but I have not been in the basement late at night and my mom has been throwing holy water in the bathroom everyday. Suggestions and tips would be appreciated.
