within the past couple years i moved from a house where things were not always what you can call normal, there would be the unexplained scent of perfume, load thumping and the constant sound of footsteps, well after moving out and into another home i thought that this was all in the past. well recently me, and my mom were sitting in the living room watching tv when we heard a load crash come from upstairs in my bedroom, thinking that maybe it was just my dogs going through my stuff i ignore it, then a few minuets later we here it again, only this time all the dogs were down with us in the living room, so i go upstairs to check things out but, when i reach my room i find nothing. is it possible that this could be happening again

I think it's not the same spirit. I think that it's probably something else. The perfume smell is something I have experienced too. And, the banging and clashing I have also experienced. I wouldn't fear it unless it was causing physical harm. Maybe try to acknowledge it if you want to know more. If not then you should just let it go about it's business. Or, say that it isn't welcome and that it should move on.
