A bit of background information on myself. Ever since I was little child i've had paranormal experiences. My family never told me they didn't exist so my mind is still open to them to this day. I've since learned what they are and how to deal with them. Most of the times it's family members around me that have died before their time.

The following is a written account of a dream I've had for the last three nights. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated. The child / man I know even in my dream is a spirit. I've included as much as I can clearly remember to this point. Each night more and more of the dream is revealed to me. I've slept 8 hours each night but have woken up feeling like i've only slept an hour or two.

As I drive up to the building/house there are a group of people waiting for a tour. The building seems to be an institution. Multi-story building part of it is single story part, part is two story, main section is three stories tall. The inside of the building is decorated as a house would be. There is wood paneling half was up the wall with a chair rail around the top edge. The upper portion of the walls are painted. There are picture frames hanging but no pictures appear in them. There is a chain link fence with razor wire around the sides and back of the building. There is a large parking lot to the left of the building which is devoid of cars except mine. The front side of the building is open to the road. I join the group and begin walking through the building. The group consists of elderly adults. The group is gathering around a side/back entry door. There is also a main door on the front of the building. As we're walking through the building, I see a male child stick his head out from the door way to the basement. I am the only one who notices the child. I stop and ask if he's lost. He doesn't answer me. As he brings the rest of his body out he is walking hunched over using his arms as front legs much like a cat or dog. I begin yelling at him to return from hence he came and run for the door as the child continues towards me at a steady pace. His body is darkening steadily as if being burned. Every time I turn to look he is the same distance from me. I reach my car and begin to drive away. As I'm driving I begin seeing parts of the car fly out from the hood and the car slows to a stop. The child crawls out from under the hood and the body is now completely black and charred. As the body crawls towards me the black begins to break and flake off much like a cocoon. The body is replaced by an elderly man who is filled with hate. He drags me back to the house while yelling incoherently. I am thrown into one of the chairs in the main room and he paces in front of me still yelling. Every time I try to escape he drags me back to the same chair. Furthest I make it is the front door before he catches me again.

At this point is where I woke up this morning. I am actually hoping I have the dream again tonight so I can find what he wants. Any thoughts or ideas would be handy to have.

The other question that I have is while I was at work I was standing in my bosses doorway to his office and he was seated at his desk. A large (roughly 6'x6'x3') black shadow / blob (for lack of better term at the moment) came down out of the ceiling and hovered about 3' above him before receding back up into ceiling. I didn't say anything to him because he has a strong feeling about spirits. Another co worker has also witnessed this shadow descend from his office and retreat again. The office is very well lit both times of seeing it appear. Both times of seeing it I've taken a sharp inhale which seems to alert it to my presence and the fact that i'm able to sense it. Upon being sighted is when it retreats away from him.

Any clues as to what this shadow could be?
