Maybe your pm box is too full....

Looks like you got picked up by the spam filter which can happen if you send too many PMs in rapid succession, that's it fixed now, as a general rule of thumb try and wait a minute or two between sending messages.
A recent trend in bot spamming techniques on forums is to register and then mass PM everyone with advertisements so that the moderators won't catch them, our spam filter is designed to catch them but sometimes blocks legitimate users by accident.
