Unfortunally, my family is the biggest bunch of sceptics you'll ever meet, and they think all this time thinking about ghost is a waste. I've shown videos and pics and still they deny anything that I throw at them. I have had experiences of ghosts and wish to have more!

I thank you Chase, the mind is capable of may things, but caution those who truly want to fully understand. The mind is complex and its power should not be taken lightly.

Further wise words from Evan :D

We still don't have an objective way of measuring the brain and its functions fully.... there is so much left for us to discover...

From a psychological perspective this is fascinating... its amazing what the human brain can do itself when it believes or fears irrational things... take for instance phobias...

Some people worry about a spider in their house so much they won't go back and if they saw it, boom they pass out

No, no, no. You never take your eyes off the spider that's the goal. Those suckers are fast, fast, fast. You quickly multi task and by shifting your eyes briefly from the spider to scope out your surrondings to locate anything that may be used as a weapon and then, keeping your eye on the spider (in case you haven't figured it out that is key) quickly grab your weapon and attack :P !!! Um....okay, I'll admit that the mind is a very powerful thing. Believing in irrational fears definitly seems to be one of them. Not that it applies to me and me spider issue :P
