Halloween surprise?

This picture was taken on 10-27-07 with a digital camera. We were outside on my mother's deck carving pumpkins. It was a sunny day, theres 2 other pictures that has the same thing but its right over my 2 girls, it looks like it was following them. I don't know if this ghost image or not, I would like some feed back and if it is could it be a family member?
