Las Vegas window ghost

We were taking pics of the view from our 22nd floor hotel room and this came up. The other pics were clear except for the one immediately before this which was solid fog. The night was clear, about 78 degrees and we weren't smoking.
Is this through a closed window or is it open air?

I do see one face that took formation so it could be ecto which can appear anywhere but indeed it looks like you were inside behind the window.If you have pics before it could help your case just need to compare.
always amazing how some people are quick to cry ecto just because they can make a face out of smoke or mist. it could be anything. specially if it was taken behind glass. still not enough info on this one to come to any conclusion..

Disintegration
Hah.....I do make out a streached out witch/pumpkin face at the bottom of pic.....
but I agree with "Disintegration" on this one....
Flash off a dindow...what you can not see the marks from the windex?
This is a classic sign of a flash reflection from the window, when the picture was taken with the flash on. Take the same picture with out flash and you'd be amazed. .

Just a side note, this is not to insult anyone on their pictures of what everyone is posting. The one thing I have learned in my time of taking pictures and analizing them, is try to debunk your own pictures. How can you do this, you might ask? re-create the scenerio. This picture is a great example, take a camer close to the window with the flash on, you'll be amazed what will happen. I have actually done this just to see, and similar pictures came out just like the one above.
