Girl in window

We just bought a new house and I was taking tons of cell phone pics while the inspector was doing his thing, I was going through them at home and noticed what looks like a girl or maybe a doll in the basement window, we were in and out of that house all day and no one else was there, there is a sink right in front of that window and no doll in sight, I have pics that I took down there as well, im a skeptic but this picture gavce me pause, if anyone has any ideas of what could be making that image (reflection etc) id love some input, thanks
