Light or ghost?

My parents tell me often about the lady that passed away in their house before they rented. They always say they hear things and see things. I believe in ghost but I have yet to see or hear anything here. Couple weeks ago my dad said he was laying in bed taking a nap and he said he heard what sounded like someone walking back and forth from the livingroom to the dining room. He says he really tought nothing of it. He knew no one was here, doors where locked, and house alarm was set. He said suddenly he heard a loud bang in the kicthen as if something had fallen. He said he and both his dogs jumped up and the dogs where barking like crazy. He said he went to look and there was nothing. Nothing had fallen that he could tell. He said he was sitting in the livingroom last week and out of the corner of his eye he saw a image coming from the kitchen moving into the dinning area. He quickly grabbed his cell phone and snapped a picture. I looked at the photo and said it looked like the light and his flash made it bigger. He said no I didnt have a light on. I believe him cause he is always screaming for lights to be off due to high electric bills. What do you think?. . Thanks so much
