Possible Ghost pic of man

Here is the picture where the man is hiding back near the red flowers.  I sent the other photo where he is seen.  Did i capture a ghost?  There was no other people in the graveyard that day. See notes on the other pic i sent. If someone could tell me what this is id love to know.
