Unknown thing caught in picture

While our team was being interviewed by the a Houston News group for a Halloween piece we were simply going through the motions for them so they could get good footage to use. But while doing this one of our members had loss of power (battery drain) in their equipment. Then a cold spot, ten degrees colder, popped up and with that maxed out spikes on the K-2 meter and Tri-field. When this started the camera man from KPRC moved in to try and get some spooky action for their news spot. When he came inside the same area where the odd things were happening, his camera battery drained out. Seconds after this I moved into a position for a good angle to get the members checking out these occurrences and took a couple of shots with my old HP digital camera. This is one of them. As you can see inside the white circle there is some kind of milky white whatever appearing to Casey's upper left that looks like (to us) the upper torso of a person. The picture posted has been lightened and contrast adjusted, but the only other changes from the original is the circle.
