Weird lights

My best friend Ali, died July 20th of this year, and my fiance said we had to leave, so we drove to Kure Beach NC to just get away from all of this. I took this picutre with my cell phone, it was supposed to be the moon, but all of the pics i took were completely dark until i transferred this one to my computer. What are these lights? I see alot of letters, especially that "K" in there. My name is Kelly...whoosh.
